We're looking for a waiter/waitress to be the face of HOT Frankfurt. Serve customers with professionalism, friendliness and speed, take accurate orders, maintain quality and presentation standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team. We value attitude: energetic, friendly, eager to work and learn. Customer service experience valued but not required if you have the right attitude. Availability for hospitality hours (evenings, weekends). Fluent Spanish essential. 35-hour week. Immediate start.

We're hiring a Restaurant Manager to be the operational heart of HOT Frankfurt. Manage daily operations: shifts, inventory, suppliers and logistics. Ensure quality standards in product, service and hygiene. Supervise and motivate the team, fostering a culture of excellence and warmth. Optimize costs and profitability. Implement strategies to build loyal clientele. Report key metrics and drive continuous improvement. Minimum 2-3 years restaurant management experience. Leadership, numbers-driven, passion for hospitality. 40-hour week. Immediate start.
